Weaning and anxiety/irritability
My DD is almost 10 months. I've had some anxiety since she was about 3 or 4 months. I guess it's PPA. I see a therapist and I have a prescription for klonopin which I take while needed. I'd say things got much better in November and December. The last couple of weeks, I've been more anxious and having trouble sleeping (again). She is eating more solids and I'm producing less breastmilk.
Has anyone gone through something similar when their child started to wean? I want to add that I'm not sad about the prospect of no longer breastfeeding. This is more about anxiety about every day things which did not make me anxous pre-baby.

Has your period returned yet? I know around 10 months was when mine came back and definitely ratcheted up my anxiety for sure!

No, my period hasn't returned yet. I still nurse and pump, just a bit less now.
