Lancaster Horse and Buggy Ride Recommendations
Thinking of doing a trip to Lancaster with stops at Dutch, Turkey Hill tour, etc. Can anyone recommend a horse and buggy ride company that is good for 2 adults and 4 children (one 6 years old, and three 4 years old)? Thanks!

We did the one based in kitchen kettle village. Very nice. Just know they're not open (nothing Amish is) open on Sunday.

Re: Lancaster Horse and Buggy Ride Recommendations
I was there in May. I took a ride from Aaron and Jessica's Buggy Rides. It was near our hotel. The ride it's was fun/interesting. Our buggy had I think around 14 people. They really squish you in.
When you go there to book it, it just seems very disorganized. Waited an hour to go. You give your name and then wait. They yell your name when it's time to go. You pay at the end.

Lancaster Horse and Buggy Ride Recommendations
We went about 3 years ago... Abe's buggy rides. Nicest man ever and so very informative. And it was only my husband, me and my daughter on the ride.

I've done Jessica and Aaron's a few times and than most recently we did the one that leaves from kitchen kettle village ( I think it's called AA buggy tours?) and we liked it a lot better

We chose this one and I am so glad we did. The buggy ride was private so no need to wait for the buggy to get filled up and packed and it was nice to get the personal attention.
Worth the extra couple of dollars.

The drivers, the last driver we had at Aaron and Jessica's didn't talk. At all. I just felt that the driver at the AA tour was much more interactive. I've also heard good things about Abe's buggy rides

We did the one next to Kitchen Kettle Village and loved it. The man let both of my kids help him steer the horses! He was so kind and informative also. The ride wasn't packed. I believe there were only 3 kids and 5 adults.

We just got back a few days ago and I second this. The guide was terrific - she explained what Amish life was like and it was very interesting.
