There is NO SHAME in getting help for a chemical imbalance in your brain. Would you take medicine for any other disease or infection? Of course you would - this is the same thing.
IMO I waited wayyyyyy too long to get help. I started with Zoloft which worked but upset my stomach. Now I take Celexa and it's been wonderful. Doesn't do anything more except level me out and I am kinder, more patient and happier now.
