Fitting 3 car seats
Anyone have a midsize SUV that fits 3 car seats across the middle? One is a booster, one rear facing infant seat and one regular forward facing car seat. Thanks for any advice!

Re: Fitting 3 car seats
I had 2 convertible car seats and an infant seat in our midsize SUV. Now we have 3 convertible seats since the baby outgrew the infant seat. We had them 3 across since our SUV did not have a 3rd row. We just recently got a bigger truck so they now fit 3 across with plenty of room.
ETA: We had a Volkswagen Touareg and now have a Suburban.
Our car seats are Clek Foonfs. They are very narrow like Dionos.

Yes. I just got the Infiniti QX60. I was shopping like you about 6 months ago. We also looked at the M DX, highlander and pilot. They would have worked too

Re: Fitting 3 car seats
FWIW if you are car shopping, I'd go for the captain's seats instead of putting 3 in one row. Our squad gets along great but would torture each other all sitting next to each other, and in turn torture us I have an Acadia and SO has the Durango, both with captains chairs, and we feel like we need a full size SUV because we are still crammed in on road trips.

Keep in mind if you are trying to do three across - it also depends on what type/brand of carseats you are using.
We have a Pilot and I was unable to do three across with the seats I have. I have two Graco Argos (one 5pt and one high back booster) and I can't fit a high back Graco booster in the middle and it's a tight squeeze for a backless Turbo-booster (so tight it's a pain to buckle).

We have a Clek Fllo and like it a lot, though we only have one. It's super narrow and the fabric is fabulous.
I feel like not many people have them and I'm not sure why.

What car seats do you have? I'm planning on doing this over the summer with my CR-V since I'm due with #3 and I'm nervous that one of our seats may be a little bulky to fit 3 across.
