Investing in gold/silver
What are your thoughts on this as an investment?
It's come up a few times with people I know, and I'm curios as to what others think

My Husband does. Mostly silver with a few gold pieces. It's a good thing to give him for Holidays, birthdays, ect.....

In physical gold/silver or liquid investments such as funds?
The issue I have with physical gold/silver is that it's not liquid and may be hard to sell at any given point in time.

My dad had gold bars. Was able to sell very quickly.

Gold throughout history has been easy to sell and a good investment.
