Re: 6 month old eating and sleeping...

My DD is eating food 2X a day. She will get a fruit and some oatmeal as breakfast and then I'll give her a veggie or a veggie and some fruit for dinner. Dr. said I can up her to 3X a day now so I might start adding in some yogurt, etc.
She takes about 24-28 oz of her bottle as well.

She sleeps great at night - she goes down about 7:30pm and sleeps until around 6am. She usually does stir looking for a paci or now she has recently started babbling around 2am for about 15 minutes and then falls back to sleep.

Naps are trickier. Some days she sleeps 4 hours worth of naps (around 3 naps a day) and some days it's like 2.5 hours worth. It all depends on the day.

My 5.5 month old is only on BM. We introduced solids a few weeks ago and he wasn't really ready. Going to pick it back up after his cold passes.

This is pretty much how DD was at 6 months. She usually slept from 8:00 PM- 6:00 AM like a rock.

Re: 6 month old eating and sleeping...

My DD is turning 6 months next week. She still only drinks formula. We haven't started her on solids (although we will be within the next few weeks). Right now she takes about 22oz per day.

She goes down to bed at 7:30 and sleeps until around 4:30AM when she takes a 5oz bottle and then goes back down to sleep until 6:30/7AM.

My baby is doing the same thing most nights. What is your feeding schedule like during the day -- if you feed 5oz at 430 what time does the baby eat again?
