Quick...need advice on tipping

Having a birthday party at my house today for my daughter. It's a spa party and two women are coming to do everything for the girls. The one woman is the owner and the other is her assistant. I plan on tipping them both. Do u think I should tip them the same amount ? And do u think $20 is a good amount ? I'm so bad with this stuff lol!

I think $20 is fine. Tipping has gotten way out of hand. I always understood that you don't tip if the person owns the company but do what you feel is right. I'd at minimum tip the assistant $20.
