Quick advice needed re: tipping, please
Hi, it's my first time hiring cleaners. They are here now doing first "deep clean."
The owner sent 4 people. I was only expecting two.
First question: am I supposed to tip?
Second question: if so, how much?
I was going to give $10 each when I expected two people, for a total of $20. But now that there's four people, $40 seems like a lot.
Thoughts??

I would not tip them. When I had a cleaning person, I gave her an extra week's pay at Christmas and that was it.
