If you were to move and buy a new home
4+ bedrooms
2+ bathrooms
open concept
Central AC
formal living room
formal dinning room
basement (it's a plus but wouldn't stop me from buying a house if I loved it)
fireplace
big kitchen with an island
Pool (again a plus but wouldn't stop me from buying a house if I loved it)
good school district

If you were to move and buy a new home
Double staircases when you enter and custom molding throughout the house. We moved last summer but my husband and i always look at whats coming on the market. Ideally, we would love to be on the water as well. A non-negotiable for us when looking at homes was a three car garage and pool. Luckily, we were able to find that and it was a huge draw to our current home.
