Looking to sell and buy a new home - realtor recommendations?
Hi,
We live in E. Massapequa and are looking to sell our home and purchase another in the Massapequa/Merrick/Wantagh/Seaford areas.
We've heard horror stories with these real estate agents and would love to get recommendations on agents that are good to work with, effective at what they do and have good follow up.

Just wanted to mention that if you agree to both list and buy with the same agent you can probably negotiate a discount on your listing commission

We are using Renee Luft at Century 21 Prevete in Farmingdale. We bought our home from her 5 years ago and we are meeting with her tonight to discuss selling and buying a new one. I highly recommend her.

honestly - i would drive around your neighborhood and take down names of people who deal with your neighborhood. and then interview them.
