Hotels in Barcelona
We are taking a cruise out of Barcelona and need a hotel for one night. I can't decide if I want to stay in the city or near the port. I would like to see the city a little. Does anyone have any tour guides they recommend too?

Re: Hotels in Barcelona
I'd stay near las ramblas. It's a quick shuttle/cab to the port.
It's where a lot of action is.
We did this years ago and did 3 days in Barcelona before the cruise. It is one of my top 3 places I've ever been. Really wish I could go back. Can you stay more than 1 day?

Re: Hotels in Barcelona
We are staying three days in London before the day in Barcelona, then the cruise. My kids really wanted to go to Lomdon as they have friends who live there and miss them.

Re: Hotels in Barcelona
We stayed at a hotel called "EuroPark". It was a quick cab ride to the port, but it is close to some attractions, like "Sagrada Familia", "Casa Battlo" and "La Pedrera". It also has a very small pool, that was great for us because it was very hot the days we were there.
We stayed one day in BCN, and then when we came back from the cruise we stayed another 3 days. We did a hop on hop off and did the tour in the stadium where FC Barcelona plays, which DS loved.
