Universal Florida question
Quick question:
We're doing Universal next month. It's a last minute trip.
We're devoting three days to Universal. We're staying off property.
I'm debating getting park to park tickets.
Since we're there for three days, I feel like the only reason I would need them is for that ride that specifically goes from park to park. Otherwise I don't think we would need to hop.
It's about a $160 difference (total.)
Is that ride worth that much? We are not into Harry Potter.
Can we upgrade there if we change our minds?

Re: Universal Florida question
We are going to Universal before our cruise next month. I just bought my tickets through USSSA, it's a hefty discount. Check it out. The 2 day park to park is only $155. But they don't offer a 3 day. I think 3 days at Universal is overkill to be honest. Of course that 2 day option was sold out when I ordered, so we are doing a 1 day park to park ($120). But, they are back in stock (you have to order quickly)
If you buy your tickets through Universal, you CAN upgrade them though if you decide to go that route

I hear you. DH wanted to allow 4 days and I wanted 2. He has no clue lol. But he is super sick of Disney so I am trying to compromise. The 3rd day is free right now so I'm going with it.
Is that Hogwarts train ride worth it? Also, you are sure USSSA is legit?
Thanks!

Re: Universal Florida question
The train ride is cool, especially where you vanish. At the same time, if you didn't know it was there, you would not miss it at all. My kids would never have known the difference if we did or didn't ride the train.
Is it $160 total or $160 per person?
2 days should be enough. We did 3 days because we got a deal but we spent most of our afternoons at the pool and did not go back after we came back to the hotel to rest/swim. Many people think even 1 day park to park is enough.

I think 4 days would be too much at Universal. The parks are much smaller than Disney. 2 days is perfect at Universal.

Universal Florida question
USSSA is legit, I've used them several times in the past for Disney and Universal (you can no longer buy Disney through them unless you supply team information though). My tickets will be here tomorrow that I just ordered last week.
We haven't been since they added the train and other HP stuff!

Not a lot of money I know but since we're allowing 3 days (as a compromise to my DH) I figure we won't need to hop so the park to park is basically just for that ride.
Thanks

I just looked into this and the deal is good enough that I might convince him to do 2 days based on that!
Thanks!

Yep - the price got him!
Now I can squeeze in two days at Disney!
Thanks again - what a great deal!

Universal Florida question
I just wanted to add that we bought the fast pass option and it was WELL worth it. Not cheap but made our day so much more enjoyable than waiting on all the lines.

Yeah, I'm thinking about this now that I saved some $ on the tix. Thanks.
