There should be a link at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe.

yea, but now you'll prob get a lot of crap, spam and lots of advertisements. happened to me and it fills my in box all the time, no matter how many times i unsubscribe. GL
You're getting spam and advertisements when you unsubscribe from a LIF thread?
Or do you mean generic Internet unsubscribes?
