100, 60 and 10 MBPS? of course cable wants to charge for different speeds.
The internet is really just for lap top use, maybe phone and maybe HULU.

If your streaming Hulu I would think you need at least 60 Mbps, just so you don't see the buffering. But I've never used Hulu to actually know if it works like that.
I will say we used to have 25 and that wasn't good enough for my DH when he worked from home, I believe we have somewhere around 75 Mbps now from Comcast, but they throttle it still. So if you ever work on a network for work, it's better being on the 60 or 100.

10 is NOT enough. Get at least 60 if you will be streaming.
