Holtsville Ecology Center Light Show
If you've been, is it worth it? Do they sell hot chocolate or anything while walking through?

It's small but not expensive. They do sell snacks. I think hot chocolate. You can pay to get a picture with Santa too.
Ho old is your dc? If younger than it's worth it.

Honestly it looks lame to me. Always has...but we've never been, just going on the pictures I see of it posted. I would spend the extra and go to the Girl Scout light show at the beach 20 minutes away from this.

Holtsville Ecology Center Light Show
We went one year. For $5 (kids under 3 are free I believe), it's cute. The santa pics are not worth it though. $20 for one pic I think.
We went to the tree lighting last night which was great.

We went tonight and thought it was fantastic
It's not small at all. Plenty to walk through.
The Santa pics were 20. We went with a group of friends. They let all the kids go in the pic so we all chipped in 5 bucks
Was well worth it. Kids had a blast
