They didn't realize what group was reserving their restaurant, and as soon as they heard that neo-nazi white supremacists were using their facility, they did everything they could to distance themselves from them, even though they weren't supporting them in the first place.
That's how I would expect ANYONE to react when they find out they are even marginally associated with white supremacists.

The sad thing is we can only wish it was a joke - a terrible, unfunny joke.
This is evidently what "the people" wanted I guess?
People can say all they want that his campaign "denounced it", but the fact is he, himself, this disgusting buffoon, has been encouraged this kind of thing during the whole election. He has convinced people he is "for them" when it is so blatantly obvious he has always been for himself only. He even assured everyone during the campaign that he would surround himself with "the best people." And I was told more than once that even though he has ZERO experience, he would have the best people advising him so it was fine. Now it seems his best people are white nationalists, and even if he picked reasonable, not vile people, why would he listen to them? How often did he listen to his campaign advisors?
I'm just so disgusted with what is happening.

I took it the way you intended.  I just wanted to expand on the positive way the restaurant handled it, and to show the difference in response from a restaurant vs the President Elect of the US.....
I have no words for the attendees.....
