Earplugs?
Can anyone recommend really good earplugs? I'm going away this week and can't retreat to a different room when my husband starts snoring so I need really good ones. He is LOUD. The foam ones do nothing.

hmm, I've tried the ones from CVS etc. My train buddy always uses ear plugs, hers are more $$ but I cant remember the brand.

Since I used to snore extremely loudly, I did some research on them. The foam ones actually block more decibels than any of the bigger, more expensive ones. I bought the 100 pack from Home Depot or Ace Hardware, so I could pass them out during campouts...

Someone on here recommended Macks earplugs to me. I find that they work quite a bit better than other foam ones I've tried.

I use hear-os... My husband snores... And I have a good batch of hearos and a bad batch of hearos.
I know your pain. Hoping you get plenty of zzz's

Earplugs?
The blue ones from cvs. They are 33db blocking. Its what I use to block out my DH.
I tried others but they don't "fit" my ear well. I have tried a lot and these are, by FAR, the best.

Earplugs?
I sleep with something called SleepPhones every night bc my DH is such a snorer! I got them on amazon. They are pricy but worth it. I have an app on my iPhone that has different sounds, I use the white noise one to block out the noise. The good thing also is it doubles as a mask if you want to block out light. I also wake up way before him so the alarm goes off and he doesn't hear it
