I just started giving him milk in a cup at a year. At 2, he's still nursing, but will readily take a cup of regular milk too with no issue.

Just switched straight up. Still bf when with him, only gave cows milk when he was with sitter, till maybe 18 months then still bf, but gave cows milk at meals. Not problem with transition.

Occasionally if I didn't have enough defrosted bm at the moment I'd add regular milk to fill the bottle. But for the most part he had one or the other & then just regular milk all the time once I ran out of bm.
