50th anniversary ideas

Any ideas for a 50th anniversary party for my parents? We have a place and having it catered and all. Just want to add a little something personal and fun.
My parents friends are fun and drinkers so don't want to take too much time from the party, but any ideas to ask them to do something or maybe some close friends. I don't want to put anyone on the spot if they don't want.

Maybe pictures or stories of them? I know for the most part they'll be mingling, drinking and eating.

I did a video montage for my parent's 50th. I scanned a bunch of pictures I found at their house from when they were dating and our family. I used their wedding song and other songs I knew they liked. I had my sisters, the grandkids (even my 2 YO) and my aunt and uncle say a message to them and incorporated into the video. They said it was the best gift they ever got

For my parents We did picture centerpieces for each table. Each table was a decade or half a decade with 4 pictures.

We also did a slide montage with their wedding song.

We did a gold themed candy buffet for my mom's sweet tooth.

Diy photo booth

We hired a dj to keep the party moving.

We had a signature drink, which was so loved we ran out of the ingredients and had to run to the store.

What about arranging old photos in the shape of the number 50 on the wall

Incorporate somehow facts/headlines from the day they were married
