Be our Guest breakfast reservations...
does anybody know- if i make a reservation for be our guest breakfast at 8:50AM, when the park opens at 9...
How early will they let us in the park? and... if we get in early, any chance we'll be able to eat early? (like say we get there at 8:30.... will we be able to eat early?
Trying to make sure we can get a ride or 2 in after breakfast bf the rope drop crowd gets there

You can check in for dining reservations 10 minutes early. Wouldn't hurt to try earlier.
We had an 8:45. Were running late (got off the monorail at 8:40) and they were just starting to let everyone in, so we had to wait in line with everyone there for rope drop. So, definitely get there earlier.
The night before we had a chance to change to 8:10 reservation if we wanted, so you can keep looking for earlier.
Eta - the 10 minute check in was at Akershaus. We were there earlier and they told us we could only check in 10 minutes before. I forgot that we checked in about a half hour before at Crystal Palace. So, I guess it depends on the place, or cast member.

Be our Guest breakfast reservations...
It seems they let everyone in at 8:45 nowadays for a 9am opening, so they should definitely let you in earlier! You are supposed to be there 15 minutes early, plus they have to allow you time to get down there!
I booked an 8:15, and I read they will let us in at 7:50. I did it for the sole purpose of empty main street pics! And maybe we'll get on a ride if we eat fast enough!

thanks!! yeah... last year we did an 8:05 at crystal palace,and it was so cool to be in there with not a ton of people AND to get a little bit of a head start on doing the rides before the crowds
right now, i have an 8:15 at Crystal palace again... BUT we'll be on the dining plan now- and i have too many table service credits booked HAHAHA so i was hoping to switch to BOG, since thats a quick service credit.... BUT with that late of a ressie, i don't know if i want to take my chances that they'll actually let us in early!
i guess i'll keep my crystal palace, and keep checking for an earlier BOG to open up.
Disney problems!!!!

I would just double check whether you will be there on an "Early Morning Magic" day.
It's this new event where people are paying extra to get into the park early for breakfast and exclusive access to three rides including Mine Train. I read the reviews and they are holding the BOG people back but I don't remember until what time. Probably 8:45.
I doubt it will ruin anything but it's something to keep in mind.

Officially, they allow you to check in at the front gates 15 minutes before your reservation. If your reservations are for 8:45 and the park opens at 9, they will let you in the park at approximately 8:30.
As far as eating early, it depends on how busy the restaurant is, and how soon they actually let you in to eat - that's up to the flow of the restaurant and the CM host/hostess.
Regardless, the rides will NOT start running until after the official park opening time.
