out of nowhere i noticed a hard lump under my dd nipple. probably about the size of a small blueberry. she's 5 months.

i read that it could be breast buds brought on by my hormones.

i am breastfeeding and i actually have been very hormonal lately, i think maybe AF is returning soon.

im going to call the doc tomorrow anyway, but has anyone experienced this?
