Swollen breast buds

Eliza is 5 months old and her breast buds are still swollen. I know it's common in newborns due to maternal hormones, but I've never heard of it lasting this long. I know Madelyn didn't have it this long.

The PED didn't seem concerned at her 4 month appointment, but I still am.
