Need sympathy. Ouch.
I tweaked my back. Didn't even do it shoveling just playing with dd in the snow. I'm hunched over like a 90 year old woman. Counting the hours to my chiropractor appt trying to get my work done. Ouch.

Try heat.
I threw my back out twice recently , for no real reason and those thermacare wearable heat wraps were life savers

I've been alternating between hot and cold per instructions I was given 2 years ago when I did this. Also popping ibuprofen and magnesium.
