Gerber Yogurt?
Does anyone feed this to DD/DS? I apologize if this is a stupid question, but how is this yogurt shelf stable and non-refrigerated? I've compared the ingredients of this to the ingredients of Yo Baby brand and the Gerber list is much longer. Only reason I'm considering it is that DD's daycare doesn't allow us to leave items in the classroom's refrigerator from day to day (even unopened items -- fridge must be empty at the end of each day), so one of the teachers mentioned this yogurt as an option -- since it's not refrigerated, I could bring in a few and store it on her food shelf. Gerber Yogurt?
I never used that. It didn't sit well with me that it sat out so long. I only ever used yobaby, yotot. I once read on their label that other yogurts could be older than your child. That just grossed me out.
What if you pack a lunch bag with an ice pack each day with a yogurt. I do that for my dds nursery school lunch and she always has a yogurt. I also use the pack it bags that the whole thing goes in the freezer and the lining stays cold

Gerber Yogurt?
I've given it to my DS. Not religiously or daily but I have and he's fine. It's an easy to pack grab and go snack/meal. I fall into the everything in moderation camp.

Gerber Yogurt?
I tried it once but DD didn't like it at all. We used yobaby and now just use regular Dannon oikos traditional. I just bring one in for DD to have for breakfast.

Gerber Yogurt?
I used it once but the fact that it didn't need to be refrigerated freaked me out. I just packed a yo baby one each day with his other food. I never saw a reason to store additional ones at daycare. I kept a box of Cheerios there if he was still hungry.

I give this to dd when out or if I need a small quick snack. When home she gets Greek yogurt.

It probably has some more preservatives to keep it shelf stable but that's not a big deal to me.
I didn't use it all the time, but it was great for when we were out and about with no cooler, etc

My kids always ate it and loved it. Never had a problem. Funny enough they never liked the refrigerated yogurt.

I'm sure it's fine! What about leaving some on your daughter's food shelf, and sending in YoBaby (or whatever) daily. The Gerber can be your backup if you forget to send one in that day.
