How often do you cut DS's hair

My 6 year old looks better with short hair and a little longer on top. I love how it first looks when he gets it cut at the salon and then I feel like just a couple of weeks later it's all grown out.
My 4 year old has much thicker hair and longer so he doesn't need to go as often.

How often do you go if your son's hair is short.

My son is only 20 months. He has straight blonde hair. I also love when the sides/back is short like buzzed but the top is longer. I have realized he needs to go about every 5 weeks or so in order for it to look the way I like. That does not mean I get him there every 5 weeks but hoping to make it more if a regular thing niw that he is getting older

How often do you cut DS's hair

My DH wears his hair like that and goes every 6 weeks. DS at 19 months is still more or less bald but once he gets hair, I assume he'll go about the same.

The older DS gets (he's young still, will be 3 next month) the more often we have to get it cut. About once a month, though I try to get it cut shorter so I can stretch it a few extra weeks. When he was younger we could easily go 8 weeks.

My boys have very different hair. My 5yo has thick, straight hair that grows super fast. He needs a haircut at least every 2 months, sometimes more, because it ends up looking really sloppy very quickly. My 4yo(tomorrow!) has thinner hair, with a little waviness that grows much more slowly and neatly. He only needs to get it cut every 3-4 months.

usually every 5-6 weeks. during the winter, we let his hair grow out a bit longer (which the grandmas love) but during the summer we keep it real short because he gets too hot otherwise.

He usually goes with DH for a "boys" day lol about every 4 weeks, but I think he would only really need to go every 6-8 weeks. He likes to flip the front, and if that gets too long it looks sloppy.

Monthly.

They both have different types of hair but, they need it cut about once a month. They went shorter with DS 2's hair last time so hopefully I can stretch it out a bit this year.
