Hi, our Halloween plans fell through and I'm looking for fun activities on Saturday in Nassau for my DS and niece. They are both under 2. What's everyone doing?

Not really an activity per se, but check out if your town has trick or treating along the town. Last year we were living in massapequa park, and the stores in their little town all had some candy for trick or treaters. My dd was 22 mos. at the time and she loved walking into all the different stores and restaurants and looking at the other trick or treaters. A little more interesting for her than if we went to people's doors for trick or treating

There is the Otto thing at Hick's and safe trick or treating. Try looking on Mommypoppins for events.

Sunrise Mall has safe trick or treating from 12-4 (while supplies last) for kids in costume.

1880 HAUNTED HALLOWEENGhost tours, a monster hunt and Jack-O-Lantern carving fill the day! Come in costume and participate in the Rag-A-Muffin parade at 2:30pm. Oh and one last thing, keep an eye out for appearances by the Grim Reaper!

When: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Who: Open to all!
How: Just show up!
Cost: $10 Adults and children 5-7 $7.00. Children under 4 are free.
