Prepaid SUNY tuition?
Someone posted on a local FB mom board that you can prepay tuition at SUNY schools and lock in the current rate? Does anyone know anything about this?
Does it actually exist?
If it does exist....
Do you have to prepay for a specific SUNY school or just SUNY in general?
If your child ends up being a genius, and lets say, gets a free ride to Harvard, LOL, what happens then?
If its school specific, what happens if they apply and dont get in?
Where does one find more info on this?

I don't think you can do it in New York for SUNY schools, you can do it if you are a Florida resident for Florida State schools
