Restaurant for Christening

I know it's early, but I am a planner and I thought I would just get the ball rolling on this. I am looking for suggestions for a Christening lunch (sit down) for my little one, probably in the January time frame. Headcount could be anywhere from 50-100 people (though I am hoping for the lesser).

We are on the Nassau/Suffolk border and the church options are either Hicksville for Huntington. So, any suggestions in these, or the surrounding areas would be much appreciated!

Thanks!
