Target, Picture People
I want to get low key photos done for DD's 2nd birthday. I don't want to spend a ton. We just had DS and spent a fortune on newborn photos.
I'd like a cd of photos and Picture People charges $150 according to their website. I don't see any living social/groupon deals. Any one have any idea what Target charges? Also, does Target have any props like the words that spell out #s? I can pick up a couple of balloons. Have heard good things about the Target in Levitown on here so thinking of using that one. Thanks.

Picture People has a groupon Every time I have used the groupon (I think maybe 3or 4 times), I have been able to buy the CD at a discounted price ($99). I usually have to ask for it though.
I have used both Picture People (the one in BBB) and Target in Levittown. I tend to use Picture People more often because I find it easier to get an early morning appointment. Target's appointments book up much quicker.

Target has a Groupon now. $20 for a print and a cd with 3 pictures.

I have used Target a few times. For my holiday pics and for DS first birthday pics. They do have props. I would call and ask which ones they have in case you want to bring something else. I go to the one in Levittown.

I'm trying to decide this as well for my DS first bday pics. Looks like Target and JCPENNY have a similar Groupon for 3 digital images and 1 print. I have no idea which place is better.

I have been very happy with JCPenny. I get the groupon with 3 images and then I just print my own through shutterfly or cvs. The last time I was there they let me choose 2 backgrounds and they had plenty of props to use.

I bought the groupon for $20, you get 3 pics on a CD and one print, plus you also get 40% off anything else you order, so I usually end up getting the full session CD.
They have some props, but the tell you that you can bring your own.

Somewhere in the area of $80-$85. Plus, if you have a Target card you still get the 5% off in the portrait studio too.
