I can help you out next week. My sis BF is Dominican and I'm sure his mom has a recipe. She lives there half the year. But my sis is on Vaca until next week.

Ill ask my mom but i dont think she ever measures anything except the rice... the rest is " al sabor o gusto suyo" :) basically its to your like or flavor!

Re: any Dominicans in the house?

1/2 cup of rice
2 cups of water
5 cups of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condense milk
1/2 of salt
Cinnamon

Wash the rice and then in a saucepan let the rice cook Over medium heat until all the water is absorbed.
Pour over slowly the previously heated milk with the cinnamon always stirring to prevent it sticks.
Add sugar and salt and keep stirring for a little while more.
Add evaporated milk and keep stirring for a while more.
Add condense milk and stir more.
Let it thicken for a while. It will thicken more once is cold.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder when serving.

Enjoy.
