Day Care Cribs & Sheets?
So for DD's daycare supplies, I had to bring in 2 fitted crib sheets. Since she goes full time M-F, she has her own crib. The cribs are definitely not full size and the standard sheets I bought are way big on it. Does anyone if these smaller cribs are "porta-cribs"? I see they sell sheets specifically for them. The ones at DD's daycare are light natural wood colored with the plexi glass see thru front and back.

Day Care Cribs & Sheets?
The standard sheets are fine. They tuck them. No reason to spend money for extra sheets. When they switch to cots they will still be using the fitted sheets.

Re: Day Care Cribs & Sheets?
My daycare required me to bring in pack-n-play sheets. For my 1st two kids I would send in reg. crib sheets (same daycare). They told me that there is a new state requirement that the sheets fit the mattress snugly-no tucking.

Yes, part of what prompted me to ask about smaller sheets is that a friend here on LI said she recently received a letter home from her daycare provider that the tucking of excess sheet material was (or is soon going to be -- not sure of date) not allowed/considered a violation. I'll look into it!

Day Care Cribs & Sheets?
I know that for home use I've always read that sheets should fit snugly, so I can't imagine that it would be different at daycare. My kids didn't go as infants but I will say that we've always sent in pack n play sheets for their mats. I found nice soft organic ones on Amazon that have held up great.

this Sheet is supposed to be super fitted and daycares dont want to tuck them in because it's technically a hazard
