Never. Even in the hospital I didn't strictly do it.
Ditto. I had a general idea of how long/often they nursed and whether or not they had dirty diapers, but I never wrote anything down.

I did like four months LMAO.
Finally, I was like wow I totally don't need to be doing this anymore hahhaha.
I still have them all.

I still have them all.
We saved ours too. It's crazy to look back on that time in your life where so much of your hour-to-hour is documented... especially for our first DS who had pyloric stenosis. We recorded every time he puked and to go back to the time we were literally feeding him with a dropper... it was emotional.

A week or two then I didn't see the need. With my second, I didn't do it at all.

I stopped at around the 3 week mark.
My twins are 3 months now and I may start logging feeding ( and naps) again in order to figure out a solid routine
