survival swimming lessons
Anyone's DC take survival swim lessons?
I have a pool in my yard and even though we will be putting gates up, I want my child to learn how to swim/float at an early age.
By time we open the pool next year, DC will be 8 mo but I want to make sure they know how to flip over G-D forbid they fall in the pool.
Are there any on LI? The closest I've seen are in Manhattan.

There is one in Syosset I believe. Let me see if I can find it as I looked into it last year but it wouldn't work for my schedule. I think it was 10 minutes a day for 2 weeks for $1k.

British swim school teaches survival first. And then work on actual swimming one they learn to jump in float and get to the side.
