Cool tip
Just came across a patient chart where the patient did this, for those of you or family/friends who may have issues writing, carry return address labels with you when you go to the doctors or anywhere else you may have to fill out your address, and just use that so you don't have to write it out. Thought it was really cool.

That is a good tip. I've seen people do that at Chinese auctions. Instead of having to write their name on every raffle ticket they just stick an address label to them.

I did this at college fairs when I was a senior. Made it so much easier than filling out all of those info cards!
