All Natural Curly Hair products/styling question
My dds hair has started to turn curly. I have no idea what products to use or how to style it so it doesnt get frizzy. I have straight hair.
Can anyone offer some advice or insight into how to manage her hair. Bring out the curl and take out some frizz. Her hair is always up cause i do not know how to style it
I need shampoo, conditioner, and styling products you recommend.
Advice on blowdrying. How do i do it so it doesnt frizz up and i dont brush out her curls, therefore making it frizzy.
Thanks

Re: All Natural Curly Hair products/styling question
We use rosemary repel shampoo and conditioner from Fairy Tales and trader joes organic coconut oil as a"styling product" along with the "wet brush". I let her hair air dry and never blow dry it. I also never brush it dry. I use a spray bottle to dampen dry hair, apply coconut oil then brush through and style. This is the only way I can keep her hair tangle free and not frizzy.

Re: All Natural Curly Hair products/styling question
I comb DD hair when wet. No blow dry. We use Aveeno shampoo plus conditioner. Tried other things & it is by far my favorite. No other products yet. She has wavy hair that makes spiral curls. People ask if I've curled her hair with a curling iron!

I don't use any special shampoo or conditioner but for styling mousse and hair spray work best for me, also never brush it dry.

Re: All Natural Curly Hair products/styling question
My one DDs hair has started curling in the humidity I use aveeno conditioning wash/shampoo then Shea moisture leave in conditioner while wet. It works for the frizz and is natural. I haven't found a spray to hold the curl I feel comfortable using on her. I got the Shea moisture in target in the adult natural styling products.

I use Organix Curl Defining Cream on my DD's hair. I put it on her ends after her shower when her hair is still wet, then it air dries. In the morning I'll spray it with a water bottle before brushing and put a little bit more cream in if her curls look frizzy.

I use Shea moisture leave in conditioner, air dry and wet comb only. Hair has to be wet to style.
