Tuna
Do you eat canned Tuna in Water or Oil? I HATE the oil and always buy it by accident. Do people really eat the Tuna in Veg Oil? It is so much more greasy

lemon pepper tuna in pouches. .5 gs of fat. 80 cals .. 1 pack of that over a salad with lemon juice is what i eat to lose weight fast. tons of protein, no fat and DEELISHHHHH

Yes, old Italian men like it. 
My grandfather always liked tuna in oil-- I think there was a brand that had it packed in olive oil. I always thought that was gross, but he didn't put may on it & make tuna salad, --he would put it on Italian bred & that was the dressinh basically.
I do eat tuna with olive oil sometimes, but I buy the pouch tuna & add the oil or dressing myself.

Ha ha I get so p!ssed when I get the oil by accident.
My uncle loves the oil. He says it has more flavor and he also likes his tuna really wet. We used to make a separate one for him, till this day he is the only one I know who likes the oil.

Pastene Tuna. That is what the old school European men around here eat. I never thought to prepare it the way you described, think I might do that for lunch today!

I prefer the tuna in oil. I guess I am the only one... Oh well, more oily tuna for me!
ETA The Italian Tuna is the besssst! I am going to have to try and find some now.

I love the italian Tuna in the oil, but not like Bumblebee tuna in the oil. LOL.
I hate Mayo, so I make tuna with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic and eat it with crackers. It's the best!
