Birthday plans....anywhere fun to take a 3yo?
DD's 3rd birthday is Tuesday. I wanted to take her to the east end museum but they're closed on Tuesdays  Not sure I really want to trek out to LICM. Any ideas of something special I can do with her?

You could do 1/2 day aquarium, 1/2 day safari adventure. They are both in Riverhead.

Do many people really enjoy imaginations at play? I took her there last year for her bday because someone recommended it and I was skeeved out. Seemed like a big daycare center to me with used toys.

We go to Fun 4 All - big indoor gym with bounce centers, jungle gyms, etc. The kids are always excited and it's affordable and they have coupons on their website for $1 off admission.

If your DC likes jumping, we just went to Sky Zone trampoline in Deer Park for a party. Nice place. Then you could go for lunch at Tanger outlets area.

They have toddler time on Tuesday mornings (I forget the actual time) at Bounce in Syosset. So fun & they have employees dress up as mickey, minney towards the end of the session.

Me too!!! I like Once Upon a Treetop better- it's much cleaner. The water table at Imaginations at Play looks like it's a disease breeding ground. Yuck!
