Throwing up 4 days after strep diagnosed??
My DD came down with strep (recurrent) Wednesday. Started throwing up Sunday night. Could this be from strep or now we have caught a stomach virus too???

Vomiting is pretty common with strep. But it could also be from the antibiotic..

Not the strep. You can vomit from it but by day 4 you should be improved. More likely it is from either the antibiotic or she caught a virus like the stomach bug. Antibiotics can definitely cause vomiting though. Is she on a probiotic? Taking it with a meal?

Maybe she has a post-nasal drip that makes her nauseous.
