Yes, sooo scripted. That was totally planned. The leg was off and ready to be thrown lol. I have to say I love Carole & Heather. Also is Ramona ever going to address the fact that Mario cheated on her? Elephant in the room?! Come on Andy, ask her about it!
BTW I actually thought she looked awesome on WWHL last night but she sits so awkwardly (like she's trying to pose with boobs out belly in lol).

When she threw her leg down you see louann laughing like she knows how ridiculous it is. I am so over it. It's so scripted and fake. The best part was seeing Carole's new apartment renovation which I loved.
