Stomach virus question
DD has vomited twice this morning. Basically drank a bunch of water when she woke up which all came back up. I gave her a few sips later and eventually it came back up. My question is, do I giver her food or will that just make it worse? She keeps asking for fruit and animal crackers but I don't know. Should I offer her cheerios or toast? I feel so clueless!

I agree. Whenever my DS has had a stomach bug, whatever he ate or drank came right back up. I would try and wait until you've had a good stretch without her vomiting and then give a tiny bit of water and bland carbs. Hope she's better soon!

DS had it and kept asking for food. I limited it to bananas and crackers. I didn't want to refuse him food if he was asking for it. The only thing I wouldn't let him have when he asked for it was milk.

Stomach virus question
Thanks. I let her have some cheerios and she shoveled them down and kept asking for more. I held her off for 15-20 minutes and now she's having a little more. So far so good but I am bracing myself. Thanks everyone!
