Recommendations for Mommy and Me type classess
Can anyone recommend a class or activity I could do with my 9/10 month old this summer? I have off on Fridays and would like to do something like this with him. Thanks in advance!

I love Gymboree classes. DS goes with the nanny, but DH and I take him on the weekends.

I'm a big fan of The Little Gym in Merrick (don't know where you are), and I also recommend Music Together.

Recommendations for Mommy and Me type classess
I've heard good things about the little gym in smithtown. Personally, we just take advantage of the library and haven't paid for a class for DD yet.

I am also a big fan of Gymboree classes. I bought a Groupon several months ago for $75 that offered 6 classes and 6 open play classes.
Keep an eye out on groupon for things like that so you can try it out without spending too much $ or being committed.

We signed Julian up for the Gymboree music class AND the summer fun & sun special of unlimited age-appropriate classes. He is nine months old.
So, beginning June 30th he'll be going Tuesday to the music class, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday to the age-specific classes. So excited.
The library is great too!

FYI Gymboree in St. James is closing.
I used to attend Little Gym Mommy and Me classes. Love it there.

I go to the library with my ds and just signed him up for a toddler and tot class through the town of babylon. I did a groupon for gymboree and that was good also.
