experiences with safety swim in oceanside?
Has anyone been there?
DD is 3, I never thought of lessons, I figured I would just teach her myself but it seems like everyone brings their DC somewhere to get swimming lessons so I thought I'd look into it.
Safety swim in Oceanside is close so I'll probably go there if people like it.

My nieces took lessons there- my sister likes the place a lot.
ETA: I went to my nieces birthday party there and the place was very clean.

We take our daughter there and we like it a lot. It's nicer than the other location they were using post Sandy (I think the East Meadow one but I can't swear to that as it is my husband who took her). My daughter's instructor is Battina. She is great. My niece and two nephews all learned how to swim with her and they are great swimmers. My daughter has been going about six or seven months now (she is going to be three in two weeks) and you can tell it makes a difference.

We did lessons there this past winter and I liked it a lot more than the Bellmore location. DD did very well there.
