Switching over to milk??

How did u do it as far as schedule?
I just have 2 oz milk with 3 oz formula.
So how many days did it take u? When did u go up in ounces?

With my DD we switched her at exactly age 1. I just finished off the last can of formula and went over to 100% milk cold turkey.

With my DS he was only 10 months when we started introducing milk. I didn't really measure the milk, I just threw a little in with the formula, over the course of a few days I started increasing the milk and decreasing the formula. Within 2-3 weeks I had him completely off formula and 100% on milk.

We started w half formula, half milk. Then I gradually increased the milk ounces until there was one ounce of formula in there. Then I alternated the sippy cups with all milk and mixed milk & formula to make sure he could tolerate full milk. Once I knew it was a go, all cups became milk. I know that seems like a pain but it worked for us because he is sensitive to lots of stuff.

we did 1 ounce at a time...it was a long transition bc dd stomach wasnt adjusting to it well but I dont think that is the norm. the plan was to increase by an ounce every 3-4 days but we ended up increasing an ounce after a week or so

We began the transition about 2 weeks before she turned 1. We started with 1 bottle/sippy of milk for four days (the rest formula) then 2 bottles, then 3, until she was completely on milk.
