Invitation wording for combined bday party?

So we're combining our DDs party this year. DD1 is turning 4, DD2 is turning 2. DD1 has more friends (shes' in preschool) and DD2's friends are basically just siblings of my friends' children. I hate to put both names on the invitation for DD1's classmates bc I don't want parents to feel obligated to bring 2 gifts. But I also don't want to not put her name, then the parents feel embarrassed when they arrive and realize the party is for both girls (as I would feel).

I'm all for "no gifts" but she loves helping me pick out gifts for her friends' parties that I think she's excited about getting her own.

Ideas?

I was going to combine the party for my boys but decided not to - but I had planned to send the invites as:
DS #1's Name on his class
DS #2's Name on his class
and both of their names on the cousins/family friends invitations. -

I wouldn't be embarassed if I received an invitation for "Johnny's" Birthday party and bought Johnny a gift .......and then got there and realized the party was for Johnny & his brother .......
I'd assume the parents invited my son for his friend Johnny, and didn't expect that he would bring a gift for his brother as well .....KWIM?
I actually did decline an invitation for my younger son b/c it was a combined party, I had no idea who the sibling (or parent) was .......and I was put off by the fact that my son was being invited to a joint party WITH the expectation that I gift to both kids .......I think that's rude
