(business ofcourse) Here is the thing : THis is a holiday party combined with the grand opening of his new office - at the new office - I'm not sure how to word this & the other thing that is throwing me off is that it starts at 3:00pm, now this doesnt mean that everyone has to come at 3 bc my dad is expecting that people will be coming in and out.... Anyone know how to help me? Thanks

Ok now Question #2....................... Ofcourse this is kinda last minute - party is in 2 weeks, so I'm thikning about sending a blast email along with those e-invites -what do you think? Is that too tacky? Any other advice?
<by the way these are all contractors, electricians, plumbers >
