yep that's her mom.......
Britney Spears‘s wedding looks have run the gamut from ripped jeans to minidresses to ballgowns, so we couldn’t wait to see what little sis Jamie Lynn Spears wore to her Friday nuptials in New Orleans. And while we weren’t surprised to see her in something long, pretty and white, we were a little surprised to see mom Lynne in a dress not so different from the 22-year-old bride’s.

The first picture of her leaving with her uggs on is very Britneyesque from her crazy shaved head days.

it is beyond strange that her mother looks like she wore a wedding dress and I mean, if she was going to wear Uggs, really...she couldn't at least clean them first?
Besides that, I think she looks pretty and I agree, Brit looks very uncomfortable in that family pic. She always looks like it hurts to smile

I think so. If you look at the bottom of the pic by the mom you can see fabric from another dress, not mom's wedding gown.

Agreed. I have seen that look on Britney's face plenty of times. She looks crazed.
I like the dress much better in the family photos. The first picture posted my first thought was "There were TWO weddings?"
