Easter Baskets for 18 month olds??
Hi,
What are you putting in your 18 month old's easter basket? And what about the plastic eggs for their hunt?
I am out of ideas at coloring books and crayons. LOL
TIA!

She doesn't know any better so it's just coloring books, crayons and a book. No candy or anything.

What about bubbles, side walk chalk, stickers. If you have a girl you can do hair clips or bracelets. A small playground ball, snacks like yogurt melts or goldfish, a fun sippy or snack cup.

Disney princesses hidden in the big plastic eggs for egg hunt, books, fairy wings and hello kitty necklaces from target 1$ bin, FP easter playhouse, magna doodles, stuffed bunnies. toothbrushes, and probably puffs or annies bunnies.

I'm not sure how it will go over at this age either, but I was planning on "hiding" eggs on a shelf or the couch.

Dd loves the Mickey crew so I got her a bunch of things pertaining to that.... Coloring books, markers, stickers, and things she needed like a sippy cup, pjs, etc
Eta: dd loved when we hide things and she has to find them so the Easter egg hunt will def go over well (dd is 22 though)

im going to hide eggs and leave them empty or put either stickers or annie's whole wheat bunny crackers in them. for the basket we are doing sidewalk chalk, lots and lots of books, a new cheerio snack cup, stickers, bunny ears on a headband, and a small toy or 2.

You guys are AWESOME! Thank you so much.
I'm not going crazy with the hunt but she does like to play hide and seek so I'm thinking she'll "get it" as long as they aren't really hidden.

when I did the egg hunt for dd when she was little, I put them out where she could see them around the living room. We showed her and had to help her, but made sure she picked them up.
this year she's 4 so I will hide them a little better but still out, so I don't forget them, lol, and so it doesn't forever. But more hidden than past years. and plus I have dd2 who will be 1.
I'm kinda at a loss of what to put in them. I have done, cheerios, puffs, and stickers. Maybe I will do that again
