I never even knew they had a 4 wheeler. But I have to say my mom has a 4 wheel stroller at her house and I HATE IT!!!. THe 3 wheel handles way better and I constantly feel stuck with the 4 wheel stroller.

CityMini 3 Wheeler vs. 4 Wheeler
i never saw the 4 wheeler in person (i read about it online)...i have the 3-wheel and love it. i have no problems with it at all. i take it everywhere with me and havent had any issues pushing it...ive made it out in all this snow we had this winter. i personally would opt for the 3 wheel as it handles well and weighs a few pounds less.

Never saw the 4 wheeler either but I would imagine the 3 wheeler would handle better

the only thing that would make me pick the 4 wheel design is the 65 pound weight limit compared to the 50 pound wight limit of the 3 wheel

I wouldn't worry about the weight limit as they should be old enough no not really need a stroller by 50lbs unless they are a big kid.
My ds will be 28 by the time he hits 50lbs the way he is gaining. He is 2 and is only 24lbs so he has a long way to go.
