Breakfast ideas for almost 10 month old
On the weekends she always has eggs, French toast, waffles, whatever we are having. During the week neither of us are morning people so getting her up and dressed takes awhile. While I get ready she always had berry Cheerios and string cheese with a sippy of water. I tried to give her a waffle but she had no interest. Nor did she want fruit. She throws everything on the floor. She will yell until I give her the Cheerios and cheese. Any other suggestions for breakfast ideas. She still likes her purées but does not want anything to do with them for breakfast.

Maybe oatmeal with some fruit or yogurt mixed in. Yogurt is another option

I put yogurt into the resqueeze reusable pouches and DD loves that for a quick breakfast. I give her that with a kashi cereal bar when we're on the go.
I make big batches of pancakes to freeze and then reheat them for DD . I also do store bought frozen waffles with a touch of butter, scramble an egg, a banana, dry cheerios or other cereal.

I'd prob just let her have the Cheerios and cheese but you could try yogurt or oatmeal pouches, or you could make a big batch of French toast or pancakes on the weekend and reheat during the week or buy the frozen. Will she eat hardboiled eggs? Cereal bars? Keep offering whatever she throws too- eventually she'll prob eat it.

Give her the spoon. start sooner than later.
We let DS feed himself early on and at daycare we were surprised how many of the kids in his class had to be feed at a age where they should be learning. Its messy but they get the hang of it pretty quickly.

Breakfast ideas for almost 10 month old
so she will eat waffles on the weekend but not on the weekdays? not that this would shock me cause my DD would pull the same thing, i just want to make sure i read it right.
i let my DD 3have honey nut cherrios with milk everyday for breakfast its what she wants so i just let her have it.
Howerver she used to eat warm food all the time at that age and now i will give her french toast, waffles, and pancakes. I would make them in batches and then freeze them so i all i had to do in the morning was put in the toaster oven and give it to her

What about making some healthy muffins for during the week?
Oatmeal with fruit
Cereal bars
Homemade granola bars
Eggs? I make them for DS a couple times per week, it's fast. If you make them in bigger chunks she can self feed.
DS is also a big fan of mini-pancakes from the freezer

eggs pancakes french toast waffles banana and cheerios yogurt (but DS has it more for lunch)
I make extra pancakes and frenchtoast when I do make it and freeze it so I just have to warm it for him. I also always give him a fruit, pears, peaches, etc. on the side of pancakes, frenchtoast and waffles.

If she only wants Cheeerios and string cheese, then just give her that. Otherwise you'll be wasting a lot of food! DS love bananas and has 1 every morning. He eats it himself, though it is sometimes messy!

Thanks everyone. Ill try all of the above. And yes Blu no interest in waffles during the week. Tonight after her dinner she had some cantaloupe and honeydoo so Dh cut a bunch up so ill just give her some of that with her Cheerios and cheese.
