The Land of Nod Amazing Customer Service Experience
I ordered a bookcase from LON to help keep my kids toy clutter at bay. Unfortunately one of the shelves in the bookcase arrived broken. So I called LON and sent them a photo of the broken shelf. They emailed me immediately about the issue assuring me that it would be resolved ASAP. A few days later another entire bookcase arrived as a replacement for the first one. I am astounded. They were so incredibly kind and apologetic about the entire thing.

Yeah, they are really nice. They did a great job handling my situation when I called b/c a rug I ordered had a big DEAD bug rolled in the center of it.  I never did order from them again due to this but they handled it really well.

We live their furniture. Have a few things from them. I do have to call for some dresser knobs but I keep forgetting. Lol
